Hey everyone!
We had a wonderful dinner this past Sunday, after two VERY LONG weeks of waiting for Cooking Club to recommence. For dinner, Vanessa and Gloria made really tasty Potato and Onion Latkes with applesauce and/or sour cream; Derrick served a Portabello Mushroom Lasagna with an Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese; and Anthony delighted us with his Lime-Strawberry Cupcakes with a Mint & Lime glaze. Everything was superb! Thanks to everyone who came and joined us and to those who participated. (Take a peek at some delicious photos below :)
